Abstract: Mya Austin, an archeologist for the Sioux Nation, makes a startling discovery in a Colorado cave. A twenty-five thousand year old drawing depicting two human visitors arriving from space. Below them are words written in an ancient Sioux language, and the interpretation says they will return in exactly twenty-five thousand years.According to carbon dating of the media used for making the drawings, it’s sometime this year, and Mya needs to verify the date of the rock strata to add credibility to the discovery. She believes it is fate when she meets a geophysicist named Alex Cave, who just happens to work for NASA.Alex meets Mya at the dig site and she’s showing him the cave drawings when the prophecy comes true, but the visitors, Vesta and Paul, are bearers of bad news, and offer to take five hundred people with them to another planet to start a new colony. Alex’s intuition tells him Vesta is holding something back and it can’t be good. When he and his team learn Vesta’s secret, they begin a desperate race against time to change the future.
